Odd, I checked the commentary and it again said 53... I'll check over it. If it's a glitch, though, we might also have to check the scores of all the batsmen on the opposing team. :S

Also add up his over-by-over efforts. Adds up to 45.

Wow, even weirder...
BOWLING O M R W
DJ Watt 10 1 45 1
NA Borcich 10 0 53 2
RE Edmunds 10 0 46 3
SA Bennett 6 0 41 1
AA Cameron 10 0 58 0
I Markus 4 0 26 0
269 runs conceded would mean the game would have been tied, not won by CW Red over CW Blue. Lucky the sim doesn't count up the final score in its system using the bowling stats!

But you're right, I went through each ball he bowled, it's definitely 45.

EDIT: I might re-do the stats tomorrow or the next day, whenever I'm next in the office, as that's where I have the images stored - don't have the time right now, sorry. Gotta go home at some point. :p

Could set a nasty precedent for other 1D games using the sim - how correct were the scorecards in relation to the bowling figures in the past?

Hey Liam i asked in the Black thread but you may not have seen it. Is it possible for you to give me updated career stats of ODI, TEST, FC and LIST A. I only ask because i have fallen a few matches behind in my stats keeping for ymself and have lost all OD stats.

Cheers

Geez louise. If I`m reading `em right, then I`m stoked. Blues are on fire, amazing bowling backed up by solid batting. Pete is on fire with the bat.

Green having by far the most superior batting outfit :)

Not sure about that, the bowling from all teams looks pretty even 22-26 is not a big gap, unlike the batting points.

It's easier to get bowling points. If you bowl the opposition out within 130 overs in their first innings, you'll take the full 3 bowling points. So basically, Blue and the Colts have missed 1 bowling point each in 9 matches, while Green have missed 3 and Red and Black 5 each. That is a bit more telling I think and does actually show the gap in bowling class, as it's extremely rare to get less than two bowling points with our sim it basically means that about half the time Red and Black have failed to bowl out the opposition in 130 overs in the first innings.

It's not such a surprise with Demeza, Patrick, Collins and Fuller all having good seasons with the ball that Blue are up there, but a few Colts bowlers have definately been revelations, particularly Thomas.
