**Official** 5th Test at Sydney, 3-7 Jan 2025

Oh Sweetie you know I love you. Are you inviting me over to your mansion for the bgt regaining party ? I'd like to see life north of the latte line.

**Official** 5th Test at Sydney, 3-7 Jan 2025

Don't see this series having much bearing on the 2027 bgt. India are going through a transition period now but I suspect they will be a stronger side in 18 months. Plus hard to see smith khawaja lyon starc and haze being around then - australia will be entering their own transition period in...

The FINAL- South Africa vs India (D), Kensington Oval, Barbados-- June 29th

yeah way to miss the point bud. But I do always love some supposed good Aussie boy humour and you can always rely on classic Burgey hypocrisy.

As usual revert to name calling when your sanctimoniousness is called out.

The FINAL- South Africa vs India (D), Kensington Oval, Barbados-- June 29th

No it isn't when Australia are happy to play sport against China, Saudi and host Modi to a rockstar reception in Sydney. Play Afghanistan and stop taking the selective moral high ground.

Congratulations to all Indian Team Supporters

India won this largely because they addressed the weaknesses that have derailed them in past icc tourneys 1) lack of aggressive batting - t20 2022 t20 2016 2) lack of depth in batting and bowling - hardik pandya and axar patel gave them this. Both players were ruled out of injury in wc 2023 3)...

The FINAL- South Africa vs India (D), Kensington Oval, Barbados-- June 29th

SA can certainly win it but I feel India have the better team all round. This will hurt India more than the wc final imo if they lose - against Australia in that final it was a 50 50 proposition particularly given they had lost both axar and hardik to injury which imo opened up weaknesses that...

*Official* England in India 2023/24 #CryMoreTour

Yup. I said this before the start of the series. I didn’t think England had the bowling to win the series. mccullum needs to address Englands bowling. If you keep conceding 400 plus in the first dig, even bazball isn’t going to save you more often than not.

***Official*** Under-19 World Cup- South Africa 2024

Be interesting to see how many of the Aussie quicks make it big. Pace and bounce may work wonders by themselves at u19 level but that’s not going to cut it at the higher levels. the history of this tournament suggests that most pace bowlers who look really impressive at this level don’t make it...

    India Doom and Gloom Thread

Also Dravid cops a bit too much flak from Indian fans imo. He has had to deal with significant injury issues in every series or tournament since he took over. That wouldn’t be easy for any coach to deal with.

    India Doom and Gloom Thread

This. India are a team in transition and with any team in transition results are going to be mixed. you can see the nucleus of a new Indian side slowly emerging though. gill jaiswal paddikal jurel kuldeep sarfaraz washington throw in sai sudarshan, Tilak, yash dhull and pradosh there’s plenty...

    Indian Cricket Dhaba

Tamil Nadu have surely got their best chance in years to win the elusive Ranji trophy this year. Sandeep Warrior , kuldeep Sen and sai kishore is a good attack. Their batting line is arguably the best in the Ranji trophy. it’s probably a question of whether they can bring their A game in the...

    Official Jasprit Bumrah fanboying thread

Agreed with this. He is imo better than Wasim and Waqar who were both a bit overrated like most subcontinental high profile players to be fair. Both of Indias series wins in Australia featured significant Bumrah contributions. it’s really only a question of is he better than Imran for the...

this is why I don’t think England will win the series. India have the better bowling attack.

    Official Jasprit Bumrah fanboying thread

Bumrah is the best subcontinental pace bowler I have seen and in my opinion only Imran is possibly better. I never saw Imran at his peak so I cant compare the two but I did see wasim and waqar and I think Bumrah is better than them.
