    EA Sports Cricket 2006

I reallyy don`t care much about the looks and the graphics and the stats and the replays etc etc. i think the first and foremost aspect of any video game is the gameplay and I think a lot of work needs to be done to keep the gameplay of cricket in EA sports titles realistic ...as for that matter...

    EA Sports Cricket 2006

I would rather have balls swing more...actually much much more....the games developed so far show nothing about ball dynamics and also the seam movement of ball should be more....even though it did seam aroung on green and damp pitches in cricket 2004....it should continue for some more overs...

EA sports Cricket 2004 hitting bug!!

Wow . Were you using manual fielding?.

Other EA sports title vs cricket games.

Oh....So this is the case with all non US EA games. Only the US based games have a good market and that might be the reason for such backwardness in cricket games.

How successful would 'The Don' be if he was playing in the current era?

Don He would have struggled to have the same average in tests. Bowling standards and scientific studies will have led to this. In onedayers he would have been close to Tendulkar.

Other EA sports title vs cricket games.

I guess thats the biggest reason.

Other EA sports title vs cricket games.

Brian Lara cricket had fewer bugs than any other cricket game. This is one of the reasons the game was so fun and successful while at the same time simulated the game very well. I have high hopes from BLC 2005.

EA sports Cricket 2004 hitting bug!!

Hard level. I am talking about the hard level . Hitting sixes on good length balls on hard level is ridiculous if you use the advance+power boost. Just push these buttons simulataneously when the bowler is about to release the ball (pace bowlers). In test matches maintaining a runrate of 10 is...

Other EA sports title vs cricket games.

I understand that. But what about Rugby, I heard Rugby was a well done game. I guess that Rugby`s market is not as big as cricket. Talking about money.....I am not asking awesome graphics or something like that. I just ask for good authentic gameplay with least bugs. Some more effort.

    The Pictures

Besides the format problem if you are wanting to play more sports titles than shooters you should go for PS2 else go for X box which is very good for shooters. Also ps3 and xbox 2 both will be awesome. Early 2006 release.

    The Pictures

American Xboxes run NTSC version games and DVDs while Asia, Australia run PAL format. So that might be the problem.

Other EA sports title vs cricket games.

Hi all, I had a question in my mind for so long and I wanted to share it. Recently i started playing other sports title besides cricket like Madden football series, NBA live series, MVP baseball series. These games are so well done gameplaywise, graphically, statistically etc etc.... that it...

Does ODI Form Relate to Test Selection?

I think one day and tests forms are pretty much the same thing. A batsman has to hit the ball well to be in form, this might not be related to making runs in the lower middle order. So my point is top 5 batting slots must be 80% similar in tests and onedays if you are using a pinch hitter in the...

EA sports Cricket 2004 hitting bug!!

Yeah sure ...domestic competitions do add to the replay value. But don`t you think gameplay is the first and foremost. There are a lot of bugs in the game.

EA sports Cricket 2004 hitting bug!!

Also bowling should be more realistic like swing should be more prominent. Gameplay engine should be such that there are more play and miss shots. the good thing about cricket 2004 was that it took care of attributes which players had indivisually like players were better or worse in certain...

EA sports Cricket 2004 hitting bug!!

I really don`t care much about the domestic competetions as far as the gameplay is good. There are a lot of points to be covered as far as tge gameplay is concerned.

EA sports Cricket 2004 hitting bug!!

Yes, I agree to this. Cricket 2004 gameplay is mucg better than cricket 2002 . They did try. But again the bugs kiled the game. I think they don`t put a lot of testing in the game as Josh said they rush the game. Bowling wise they should work more on the swing in the ball. balls don`t swing in...

EA sports Cricket 2004 hitting bug!!

I agree thats a good idea and i was practising that for some time. but sometimes you just want to come down the track and stuff like that. But I guess we will have to wait for a better game. Hope Brian Lara 2005 and cricket 2006 live upto the expectations.

What Needs to be in this game!! **SUGGESTIONS**

Also they should have the option to turn the ball marker off.

What Needs to be in this game!! **SUGGESTIONS**

As far as the bowling is concerned they should have muct more swing imparted to the balls and also the actions should be different for different bowlers. Batting wise the controller should be used. I mean not the same old buttons but something new which incorporates all the directions ( circle...
