    Ponting calls quits to Twenty20

It's the boring batsmen like Clarke making it look like that. Bahahahahahahahaha! You've got no idea mate. Seriously, no ****ing idea.

    Killing Oneday cricket?

I love One Day cricket, but Clarke for example, is just too slow. At night, I just can't watch the slow batsmen bat in One Day cricket, because it's too boring. In Tests, I can easily sit up all night, when apparently it's "boring", but Twenty20 and One Dayers can put me to sleep.

    Ponting calls quits to Twenty20

Yes, I agree. I'm perfectly fine with Clarke playing Twenty20's, because I couldn't give a damn how we are going. In ODI's (regarding Clarke), it's a different story.

    Ponting calls quits to Twenty20

As I said on PlanetCricket. Why doesn't the whole nation step down and retire from Twenty20's? Then the ICC removes Twenty20 from International cricket, and cricket is better for it.

Ponting retires from Twenty20 internationals | Australia Cricket News | Cricinfo.com Respect + 1000, still fairly low after some poor captaincy in the Ashes though. Top work skip.

    Jakes 2009/10 cricket season log

6th September Just thought I would update that I trained today, was really good. Was scared to bat against the older guys, but I was better off for it. I faced an under 19's Australian indoor player, he bowls some nice offies. I faced a quick, who bowled a nice ball at my head, and I got out of...

    Jakes 2009/10 cricket season log

Since Monday, I've decided I'm stopping the weight training for 2 weeks. With the ankle almost 100%, I've got training today for club, training on Tuesday for school (which I am captaining, so I need to go) then rep tryouts the following Sunday. If I injure myself, I will be devostated. I will...

*Official* Australia in England T20s and ODIs

OK. Happy I went to bed last night. Firstly, Clarke is rubbish. He has been rubbish for quite some time, since about the World Cup in 07. Also, Ferguson is god.

    Battrick

Alfie Fillery - 17 yo, BT Rating=9,230 RH Batsman, LH Spin Bowler. He is a destructive player with superb leadership skills and abysmal experience. He currently has superb batting form, superb bowling form and invigorated fitness. Stamina: competent Wicket Keeping: worthless Batting...

*Official* Australia in England T20s and ODIs

I probably won't watch it all, that doesn't mean I won't watch some, particularly to see a couple of players I hope go well, and a couple I hope die in the arse and fail strongly (eg Cameron White).

Collingwood comes up with the goods. Such a great fielder.

    From The Pavillion

I'm owning, going really well, and learning a lot about the game. In all honesty, it actually is better than Battrick, although I prefer Battrick.

*Official* Australia in England T20s and ODIs

Well there was just a 5 Test series of good, exciting, not boring cricket, then he goes and buys tickets to a lame, boring Twenty20. Lame.

*Official* Australia in England T20s and ODIs

Starting at 9:45pm on SBS for Australian viewers? Correct? I think I'll watch some, don't think I'll watch it all. Why do we need limited overs to follow Test matches? It makes the series so much worse, and takes the focus off the Tests.

AtStumps is where it's at. EDIT: Oh, I see. Maybe later.
