Should have a good game today, taking on a reasonably similar opponent. End of Over 4: 22-0, runrate=5.50 Manchester 2-0-9-0 Hughes* 11 (16 balls) Spillane 10 (8 balls) Aiming for 260-280 odd.

    Philip Hughes

Dudes, TumTum's an absolute idiot, know him from PlanetCricket. Ignore his garbage.

Put them in the nets. Don't train anyone older than 18 to start. Pull a bowler and a batsmen I'd say, and put them on 2 bat (or bowl for a bowler) and 1 stam. Change the stam to a fielding when he reaches strong/superb.

    It'll add a bit.

    1 or 2 million?

He's a pretty good chance I reckon. Pull or buy?

Pretty nice as a bowler, perhaps an allrounder. Shame about the keeping being so high, will add a bit to the wages. Don't want him though. Don't have the money or the nets.

Smith to take North spot at No 6 for Aus test team

Quite a bold statement there. Would love to see you be right, however. I'd rather see him suceed as a leg spinner than a batsmen too. Both would obviously be ideal.

Lmao shut up. How far you plan on training him? He gunna be a second XIer, or trained to sell, or play firsts?
  10. J

    Battrick

Haha. No intentions on selling him anytime soon. No where near even finished training, he's going to be my star player if all goes to plan. Will sell if in desperate needs for money, or he gets out of hand, though.

    Clarke retains T20 captaincy

Michael Clarke retains Australia's Twenty20 captaincy | Cricket News | England v Australia 2010 | Cricinfo.com Give it to White, TBH. Not complaining about Clarke gaining experience though, if I gave a stuff about Twenty20 I'd be raging though.

    400 Test wickets

Thanks for summing up what I just read.

He's mine, bit away from bowling but cons should be soon. Same, GFI'd hoping to win, but lost by over 100. Better for my team, anyway.

    400 Test wickets

For sure, permitting Twenty20 doesn't cut back on the amount of Tests played.

Pakistan about to get another new Captain

Aye. Listening to the Twelfth man ATM actually. Love it, pure brilliance.

Do you mean you want him to get another pop, or you'd do it yourself?

    Cricinfo: Breaking the laws

I'd be really happy if all the changes mentioned by Cricinfo went through. Especially the LBW law. If the ball's hitting the stumps, but is interfered with by the batsmans body, without touching the bat or glove, it should be out.
