    Always Nagpur at the heart of a pitch controversy. It was the most treacherous pitch during the 2015 saf tour too which got lot of criticism. Don't forget the 2005 series game where there was grass on the pitch and Ganguly didn't play that match.

    I still feel disappointed that Shaw didn't get a game in this series and that Patidar has been sitting out since the SL series. Feels like a missed opportunity to find more unselfish players who have the right approach to white ball batting.

    Magala looks more like a raffle winner who gets to represent Saf and that's a kind way of putting it. Overall some good grinding early on was rewarded. Malan got frustrated because the pitch both had bounce yet the ball was also not coming on. Once Magala and Markam bowled they never looked back.

    Nzl defended a much lower total in the 2016 wt20 game against India, probably among the lowest ever defended in the format. Sodhi and Santner featured then too. This game reminded me a lot of that one.
