And the problem here is what? :p :D - To be fair to Taufel, yes he has a poor game by his and our standards... however the guy has been nearly faultless in the past. I can't honestly remember a game where he has been bad before (and I’ve seen a fair few series involving him now) and he always...

June 13 - Portugal vs Greece and Spain vs Russia

Portugal 0 v Greece 1 - Half Time 7th Minute: GOAL - Karagounis gives the Greeks a shock lead with a superb low shot into the bottom right corner from the edge of the box to stun the home fans

And then once you have done that for an hour... think of poor old (sorry) poor Eddie who covered an complete innings all on his own, with 4 spinners bowling the bulk of the overs! - Quite how he did it I will never know, but the 3 month break he took soon after might have explained it alittle :D

To be fair New Zealand did get a few odd calls, however iam one that goes by the "What goes around, comes around" and sitting watching the cricket on Thursday I was quite amazed how neither umpire was giving anything and England in all seriouness could have had at least 5 LBW calls that they got...

    *Official* English Domestic Season (2004)

Hehe Yeah, takes Bichel's bowling avg to over 50 I blieve for the season... and he was saying he should be playing for Australia, he can't even beat the county pro's :  :D Hopfully Symo can keep this rich vain of form up for a while, might make 20/20 very intresting/dangerous place to...

    Ooo I don't know Marc 66 runs in 20 overs @ 3.3 is a pretty tough ask :p :D

    *Official* English Domestic Season (2004)

 - Yes well Marc, lets just say we are copying England's lead from the current NZ series where we let the opposition build a nice first innings score, before we come back and destory all that is in our path (Is anyone buying this? can I stop yet?) In fairness I expected to struggle in this...

    **Official** Bangladesh in West Indies

I think Lunch is fair, as long as Sarwan knows lunch is the cut off it isn't so bad it's then upto him if he wishes to scores as many in that time or just to bat and (hopfully) remain undefeated. If you can't bowl Bangladesh out in 5 session (or nearly 2 days) then you don't deseve to win, as...

    **Official** Bangladesh in West Indies

I think there is so much time left in the game that Lara can afford to let him go on for alot longer... It's only day 3 now he has got over 2 hours left of today and he could bat to lunch on day 4 (maybe even tea) and still have time to bowl the Bangladesh out in time on a day 5 surface IMO.

LOL - Fair Point there! - There is certianly something in the pitch and it will mis-behave if the ball is put on the right lenght, but bowl too short or too full and it's easy runs as such.

I think your being a bit unfair on Trescothick there, it was a fantastic catch! -Diving full lenght (and going backwards) ball is behind him and he takes it one handed, a few inches off the turf. What a spell of bowling though from 75/1 to 100/5 - Gone from a hard days slog for England to force...

Kent tried to throw all Symo's hard work away but Walker wasn't having it and recovered the situation to take the total past the 300 mark

Oh yes agreed there, but if you had seen how much Saggers/Hoggard were swinging it on day 1/2 you would see that the swing aspect has gone down alot, it's now just a case of the ball mis behaving on a lenght... it's the low one that it the danger ball and the pitch isn't great but if both teams...

Will Geriant Jones become the new Gilchrist?

Eddie he was on 90 at the time, would have hit middle half way up... not sure if that's the same one your thinking, I don't recall a knick at the time... but may very well be wrong. Chris Martin now having some trouble keeps rubbing and streching his legs... could just be some cramp though...

I guess they rate his batting so highly that they felt he could play as a batsman alone with the top order eg Styris not firing they felt they needed some extra protection and the bowling would be ok asuming it as a off day at Lords and the conditions would help them alot more, unfortuantly for...

When do your One Day Squad arrive? anyone you could borrow... at the end of the day with over 5 injuries to a 14 man group, there is no-way they can afford to drop those that are out of form, you simply don't have the cover and I doubt the selctors would want to drastically change a team with...

    *Official* English Domestic Season (2004)

What a day! Jonesy hit's a fine 50 for England and I look to see how bad Kent are going, with a weakened team against the undefeated OD Lancashire side and I see this! Kent 244/3 (35.1 ov/45ov) - Kent RR: 6.94 A Symonds 146* (108) 17 x 4's and 4 x 6's Not bad for a side without - Sami...
