    England announce Zimbabwe Squad

I think your find it's purely a tactical reason for now for 2 reasons. 1/ The guy has been hyped up and hyped up some more, and everyone is assuming the guy will be great at International cricket, I think the ECB are playing safe by saying lets see if he can cut it vs the worst nation and if he...

warwickshire player allegedly takes mind/body altering substances(bad lad)..

Why's that? It's a prohibited substance end of story and as been clearly set out by not only the ECB but governing bodies all over the world players can expect a lengthy ban from the game if they insist in dabbling with drugs. Ed Giddins was suspended for 18 months in 1996 after traces of...

    England announce Zimbabwe Squad

Prior was selected as a opener, not a keeper - You don't need two full keepers for 5 OD games. Overall nothing to complain about in the squad, but I do find it very strange that serval players have been picked for Zimbabwe but not for South Africa and the other way around been picked for South...

    Question...

The reason is basically what Eddie said as a joke... Generally why do you need to edit such an old post... you generally after that sort of time would just make a new post, the time limit can be altered I blieve but I like I say it's just as easy to make a new post as so many replies probley...

    England vs. Australia, 21st Sept

It's only because it's a Semi Final mate, all the group games prices were topped at £25 (I went to the Aus v NZ game), all Semi Final and Final tickets are £35 or £40. At the end of the day to get tickets to a major competition £35 isn't much at all, just look at the price of football tickets...

Steve Harmison pulls out of Zimbabwe tour

Go Treadwell!, told you that you would play for England :D It will actually be quite intresting, as during the World Cup a fair number of the players didn't want to go did they (although they never mentioned names etc). So surely with the team still holding many of those players still...

    Chris Read another chance?

Chris Read is clearly the England number 2 - Now I know the England selectors are stupid sometimes, but even they don't take a second wicketkeeper on a tour, only to call a different wicketkeeper out if needed at any time.
