  • Yes jealous - but you mad that I have seen him live!

The man from medicine hat Alberta if my memory serves me correctly. His most famous move was on the breakaway where he would deke to the backhand and roof it. Too many memories! I used to work in marketing and we wanted to make him our spokesman.
Well now you know how the rest of us feel. Our faith in humanity was lost on 18-12-2004.
Hi - about your moderating question... perhaps I didn't phrase my comment in the threas too well. I was just trying to stop comments back and forth between two posters known not to get on at all, especially as the post was brought to the attention of moderators at the time by members. I didn't mean that no-one is allowed to talk about other posters.
Hey bud, I hope there's no hard feelings since the Stanley Cup finals thread. Was just upset at the loss tbh, and got slightly carried away in placing the blame over certain factors.
What's his name? I can probably make some enquiries. There is quite a wide-ranging standard in the Dunedin comp - the Otago guys tend to dominate when they're available.

As I say though, Dunedin cricket is pretty tough for the batsman. If it's Andrew Hicks, it looks like he topped the aggregate through playing more games than the likes of De Boerder (who plays as a keeper for Otago).

Not sure if I should do any more research for a ****.
Fair to middling. Well, it's the main feeder competition for the Otago team (which plays in the national comp). That said, I last played in it 10 years ago, so I fear for its future if it's got worse since then.

Over the summer, the standard drops a fair bit, with the university students who were in town heading home for the holidays - I was an OK cricketer (far from anything special - in fact my fielding and batting were decidedly ****) and I probably played 12-15 games of senior cricket over three seasons. The pitches in Dunedin are generally quite rubbish too, so it's hard to make your name as a batsman. Has some **** just turned up to your club from Dunedin? And if so, who did he play for?
Will awake from my slumber for BotM or when the pentathlon resumes, whichever is sooner.
