Maybe he’s just rating them on skill level/talent (but then Jaiswal and Kohli should be higher than Dravid so maybe not)

On skill level/talent, Merchant/Hazare is higher than Laxman, probably even Sehwag.

Kohli's skill level isn't that high, doesn't have a game square of the wicket, weak game on the leg side besides a flick, not many scoring shots against spin, he is all drives and completely bust when they don't work.

KL Rahul isn't even better than Litton Das.
Yes performance wise he is similar to Markram , Brathwaite, crawley.
But Many consider him to be more skillful than Kohli, rohit etc.
