Other day Pooran hit an 18-ball 50 and made mincemeat of the chase. But they gave POTM to Thakur with his 4 wickets. I expect the same here. Also after all Gaikwad scored 60+ too but no other bowler performed as well as hasaranga 4 key wickets. Without him csk won easily.

Noor,Khaleel and now seemingly Pathirana are finding their stride. Just need Ash to bowl over #1 from now and Jaddu to keep his form of today, and hopefully Curran/Overton can figure out their role. Still think CSK needs someone like a Kambhoj or Nagarkoti to be that additional fast bowling option who can bowl in the PP and at the death. Kambhoj esp. can do what Deepak Chahar did.

Cant bellieve CSK didn't go for Shardul in the auction. They could have not had one of the many left armers they picked up.

25 crores on Venkatesh Iyer is probably one of the worst buys. At best, he's a 10 crore player.
