Yes? There's nothing Lyon has done that suggests Ashwin was incapable if given the exact same opportunities. And overall Ash has the better record relative to other spinners anyway. This is like saying Imran being a bottlecap promoter makes him the 100th best pacer ever and the likes of Ngidi or Srinath are better.
