    Hi mate,

    There is little about Jack out there. Gideon Haigh did a quick bio. that you can find in his book "Game for Anything". There isn't a lot else out there (other than very quick bios on Cricinfo etc).

    I am currently finishing my PhD (in a non-cricket related area) and once that is done I will hopefully get back to my book (I have most of it done). Interestingly enough, the next chapter I have to do is on Jack, and I'll send you a draft once I have it done.

    Hi Stewart, I was chatting online with Martin the other night and he mentioned you were writing a book on the Gregorys. I've become fascinated with Jack since my researches into my series points Test player rating system, where he ranks in the top four all-time among Test players. Haven't been able to find a biog though - can you give me any pointers? Thanks mate!
