Overall Revolution was a decent PPV with some real banger matches. Although I do agree the main event was a bit weak and the Deathriders story must end soon.

But in defense I think it must be horrible to go on after a Will Ospreay match :no2: :no2:
Just watched it. Some bloody good matches, but honestly my favourites were the Hangman vs MJF opener and the Toni vs Mariah May bloodbath. I normally hate these ultra-violent wrestling matches, but this one worked because it had such a deeply emotional saga behind it.

There were too many near falls/false finishes in the Kenny vs Takeshita one for my taste, and the blade job and wanton violence in Ospreay vs Fletcher didn't really have much of an impact on me after the desensitising effect of the Toni/Mariah match.

Swerve and Ricochet put on a bloody good show as well. I think it slips under the radar how explosive and athletic Swerve is because of the presence of so many flashy aerialists on the roster. But he has a tremendous vertical leap and generates a lot of power and propulsion off his legs when he's doing moves off a standing start. Also a multidimensional wrestler who can wrestle different types of matches.

I hope Mox is going to drop the belt to him soon but I can sense a Prince Nana screwjob being set up.

Mercifully I skipped through the main event until the final few minutes, so I didn't end up suffering the sense of deflation others seem to have done by watching it.

Yeah it was above my usual threshold for gore and I'm not in a hurry to see a match like it again, but Storm vs May was a great match despite the style.

I have a soft spot for Sol Ruca - yes I know she is a mid carder, but her finishing move is pretty snazzy:

Ergh yeah I've been getting these vibes myself for a while now. Hope I'm wrong.

Christian cashing in his title shot simply to prevent Edge from taking the fall was absolutely terrible booking imo.

Sounds like a good card on the whole though.

Christian should have won and they should offload the belt to him as a temp heel champion to get the belt onto Omega or Ospreay or any other hot star. The Mox reign has been very stale.

Been such a disappointment after getting to retire Danielson to launch the title run. Feels like the plan was to hold out until Darby's back to finish his story at All In, but I don't think the reign has enough momentum to get there. Just move on to Swerve (or Ospreay or whoever).

Probably not a legit channel, so watch while you can if interested:

Ok, took some time setting stuff up this morning.

On RAW we have Biker Undertaker as the WWE champ.

First match was Taker vs Cactus Jack in a Bloodline Rules match. Quickly descended into complete mayhem. JBL, Eddie Guerrero, and Batista coming to the ring to help Cactus. The Rock (2001 version), Hogan (2002 version) and Tyler Breeze (wtf lol) coming to assist Taker. Kendo sticks galore and everyone bleeding all over the shop. Taker eventually picks up the win after giving Cactus the last ride on a trash can.
At Backlash Taker successfully defended his WWE Championship in a fatal 5 way extreme rules match involving Cena, JBL, HBK, and Demon Finn Balor.

However, CM Punk's defence of his World Heavyweight Championship in a 6 way Hell in a Cell match, involving Hollywood Hogan, Batista, Kevin Owens, Eddie Guerrero and Bret Hart was unsuccessful, after Bret Hart tapped him out to the Sharp Shooter.

NB. This made Bret the World Heavyweight Champ as well as the US Champ.

I'm gonna need you to list your top 10 Bret matches now.
I actually made a list on another forum I was on but it was

1. Bret Hart vs Steve Austin – WrestleMania XIII
2. Bret Hart vs Owen Hart – WrestleMania X
3. Bret Hart vs Davey Boy Smith – Summerslam 1992
4. Bret Hart vs Curt Hennig – King of the Ring 1993 (bias here)
5. Bret Hart vs Steve Austin – Survivor Series 1996
6. Bret Hart vs Owen Hart – SummerSlam 1994
7. Bret Hart vs Shawn Michaels – WrestleMania XII
8. Bret Hart vs Chris Benoit – Owen Hart memorial match
9. Bret Hart vs Curt Hennig – Summerslam 1991
10. The Harts vs Steiners – Wrestlefest 1994

Bret vs Diesel at SS95 is also a very good call for 10 though.

Not listing Bret vs Piper from Mania VIII is an infractable offence but I'll let you off this one time.

No love for the 123 Kid match from Raw?

Nice choices though. Hart/Hart from Mania X is one of my favourite matches ever.
