Yes, and that will come in the year 2027
Really depends on how long he'll play for.
He's playing since 2018. So, that'd mean he has played 42 tests in 6 years. Let's say, he'll play for 5 more years and will play 30 more tests in those 5 years, he should take 130 wicket at a similar WPM. Then he should end up with something like 315+ wickets in 72 matches.
So, if something doesn't go horribly wrong, he should get to 300 wickets.
My Prediction would say 2029, But I was kinda taking worst case scenarios.

2027 would mean 3 years. Let's say, he goes at 4.7 WPM in his remaining matches. Then, he'd have to play 24/25 matches in those three years.

what do you think his average will be at the end of his career?

Predictions of career stats at the end of career:-
Jasprit Bumrah= 319 wickets in 72 matches @20.62
Kagiso Rabada= 478 wickets in 103 matches @22.59
Pat Cummins= 437 wickets in 101 matches @23.47

He'll surely take 120 wickets in the next 4 years. At what average, that is to be seen.
He has never taken 120 test wickets in a 4 year period (could do it if he takes 11 wickets in the Boxing Day test).

He is past 30 so likely to get more minor injuries than in the past.

He bowls with a stiff front leg, this helps generates pace but puts a lot of strain on his body - legs, back etc.

His pace will decline now that he is past 30.
