Cricket Web: All-Time Legend
Interesting new Hall of Fame for New Zealand cricket being launched at the upcoming test:
"The “First Eleven” features Bert Sutcliffe, John Reid, Jackie Lord, Trish McKelvey, Glenn Turner, Sir Richard Hadlee, Debbie Hockley, Martin Crowe, Emily Drumm, Daniel Vettori, and McCullum. The 11 have been honoured with an exhibit featuring near life-size portraits with video and biographical content displayed on a digital touchscreen."
I'm assuming that's John R Reid - but it's not as if F was anything other than a decent cricketer either.
So, for the Men's team, we have: Bert Sutcliffe, John ® Reid, Glenn Turner, Martin Crowe, Richard Hadlee, Dan Vettori, Brendan McCullum
Women's team: Jackie Lord, Trish McKelvey, Debbie Hockley, Emily Drumm
Many potential selections in the women's team are still playing (Bates, Devine, Kerr) and I guess the names I'd remember who haven't been selected would be your Rebecca Rolls, Haidee Tiffen, Amy Satterthwaite. Hockley would be the first name on the list though.
The men though, so many options below Crowe and Hadlee. Sutcliffe and Reid are understandable.
