Norwood's on Fire
Great to see @Son Of Coco voting against Brook, yesterday must have been a hard day for him
That's wild.As of now they are having similar careers.
Harry Brook
37 innings. 2208 runs. Avg of 63.09. 8 centuries.
Viv Richards
37 innings. 2213 runs. Avg of 63.23. 8 centuries.
iirc Viv wasn’t subpar in England or against multiple opposition at this point in his careerAs of now they are having similar careers.

Including the current century.That's wild.
That means Viv only scored 16 tons in his last 145 innings? What a loserAs of now they are having similar careers.

Before I saw the thread pop up, was sitting here thinking I just don't see it.there are some shades of Viv in him but he's obviously not reaching Viv so
Viv played 121 Tests including 11 Tests in 1976.That means Viv only scored 16 tons in his last 145 innings? What a loser
Viv reached his career high average of 64 in his 37th innings. Harry Brook is now playing his 37th innings so let us see how he ends up.He’ll end up as better than Steve Smith but worse than Tendulkar
He has a flawed front foot game and has shown problem on turners while Viv at a similar stage absolutely murderered the Quaret on spin friendly wickets, and Root is far inferior to Viv who has decisively outplayed Brook in England.Let us wait for him to actually finish his career. Simply saying he will never be able to as good as Viv when he is just starting his career is biased.
Spent two years of his prime playing WSC, which he dominated.Viv played 121 Tests including 11 Tests in 1976.
Scored 20% of his runs and 30% of centuries of his career in just one year(1710 runs & 7 centuries)
???Viv lowball isn't cool, it's lame and forced tbh
Wasn't referencing you, dunno why PC and DrW thinks Viv and Harry at these stages of their career were comparable
