I think this statistically proves the point. Indian spinners are bloody good and they don’t operate on tailor made pitches. Otherwise opposition spinners would actually do much better.

Visiting teams do often play crap spinners who don't usually get Tests because of the pitches too.

While this may be correct, it’s not statistically significant. You can come up with all the rationale you want, there is no objective evidence India is better for spinners in the Ashwin / Jadeja era than in the past. The only thing that is factually evident is that fast bowlers have done better in India than ever.

Not really, it's just that Indian pacers like Srinath, Kapil and Prasad adapted better to home and it wasn't as easy for foreign pacers. Similar with Vaas in SL.

Whereas the 2000s pitches in India became much worse for even home pacers.

So you mean the fact that visiting spinners averages 4 runs more in India since the 2015 than the 2000s and will just ignore the batting line-ups fielded by India, then definitely those numbers are numbers!
