Not really sure about the second half

International 12th Man
1. Crowe
2. Gooch
3. Greenidge

is probably the top three, I might be underrating Lloyd though by not having him in top three.

Not sure if Greenidge was better than gooch.
Gooch was inferior to Greenidge in my opinion. Greenidge is among the very best vs pace while Gooch probably more balanced vs spin and pace. I don't think Greenidge played the quality of spin bowling like Gooch did in 90s but their record in 80s really clears any doubt on their game vs pace.

But Greenidge didn't have to face ATG WI pace attack. Also averages only 30 in AUS. Gooch averaged 45 against WI. (can't find a list showing highest average against pace attack, it would be helpful if someone posted just that)

This is just for pace. And Gooch was the best performing batsmen again the ATG WI attack.

High pace or medium pace??

The best against the later by a good margin.

With Lloyd and Gower for the former.
Probably high pace since the best quicks are usually high pace.

Dravid was definitely one of the best against bowlers like Philander and Asif in English conditions
