It’s Barbados, what else you expect? They’re basically all English.Wish people in charge of music at sporting events across the world would realise that more songs came out of Australia other than 'Down Under'.
Needs more rum.England will win comfortably, you heard it here first
@Prince EWSHmm, not sure I'd have opened the batting with Head here instead of Wade.
Copiest cope that ever copedBut at least they are the only country where The Hundred is the priority. ECB don’t focus anymore on T20 nor for that matter on the 50 over game.
No real surprise then if they don't compete internationally.
Heading into cucķholdry territory…Lowest strike rate by the Aussies was Maxwell at 112. Jacks manged a 100, Bairstow 53.

What do you mean bro , you guys are the defending Champs and all your players have played in T20 leagues around the world.Lowest strike rate by the Aussies was Maxwell at 112. Jacks manged a 100, Bairstow 53.

Quality of the players is not in doubt especially in the batting line up. Worst t20 batsman in the top 7 is probably Wade and he is a match winner on his dayThis Australian side is so well drilled, sometimes you forget who is the captain ..
11 leaders on that pitch.
Being good two years ago doesn't really mean anything now. And all sorts of people play in T20 leagues around the world. Doesn't necessarily mean they're top tier players. The evidence was there for all to see in the 50 over WC, and was there again today. Also in the half innings that was managed against Scotland, in case we forget. What do you mean bro , you guys are the defending Champs and all your players have played in T20 leagues around the world.
it will depend on what England do against Oman and Namibia. But they could do with batting first and going big. If they did that then Scotland would need to beat Aus. That might be a step too far for the Aussies to create…. and would probably mean all future end games be played simultaneously.I had to leave it at 80 for 1 after 9 overs and thought we might get close, but apparently not. I guess that's what happens if you gift the initiative to a decent side with idioting decison-making in the first powerplay. Am I right in thinking that Aus can knock us out if they allow Scotland to maintain a decent NRR in the final game? Not that they'll be worried about playing us in the knock-outs based on what we've seen today. And that's assuming we beat Oman and Namibia anyway, which is hardly a given based on how our bowlers fared against Scotland. Well played Australia though.
The issue was team selection. No opening seam bowler has cost them dearly and handed the impetus to Aus. The fixes are fairly obvious, so obvious we all saw them before this game.Being good two years ago doesn't really mean anything now. And all sorts of people play in T20 leagues around the world. Don't get me wrong, I'd have no sympathy for our boys if Australia and Scotland did stitch us up. Serves us right for being rank against both of them.it will depend on what England do against Oman and Namibia. But they could do with batting first and going big.
