If dre russ is gonna continue to bowl a few overs minimum and occasionally do his full quota for the windies mostly in the back half I think you can fit him and shepherd in the same side. Just bat dre russ at 6 and shepherd at 7 maybe? Or 7 and 8 with somoene else who can bowl in the top 7 (really stupid idea but the runs would be fun).

Rishabh has to open anytime he plays in a limited overs game. Mental how teams at all levels don't get this. He's a natural at exploiting open fields, that's why he's so great in Tests.
