You consider him a better bowler than Shakib?

I'll throw some perspective here. When Rafique made his debut he was almost half way through his career because he was from first generation of players that started to make some imact. His career got curtailed in the process. I remember him troubling many top class batsmen when he generally came into bowl at 50 for none because pacers had done ****.

Just for his presence through the delivery stride and the quality deliveries he produces. Also Tyson is the only other post WW 1 seamer to have taken 50+ wickets to average under 20.

Also, he immediately looked by far the best bowler in the team despite there already being 3 established worldclass seamers in the side.

Issue is he has become a focal point and easy to diss player. Do you rate Herath higher or lower than Verity, Tayfield and Gibbs?

Ofcourse lower, as is Jadeja. Tayfield, Verity and Gibbs are all fantastic players, and especially Gibbs is hella underrated.

You are literally one of the main reasons why he got to be 37th...... Alongside Ataraxia ofcourse and I am not sure of Honestbharani.

Nah he clearly makes a top 75 for me. It's whether he should be in a top 50 that's very debatable to me. I'd personally have him somewhere in the 50s atm.
