Somewhat reminiscent of the Nathan Astle double ton, also put on 100+ for the last wicket
(That happened a lot quicker though)

He probably did have a broken toenail. Let's roll with that.*Bruised big toe
Shocked that this could come from a bowling unit whose coach is noted test match great *checks notes* Kyle Mills. This is the highest number of extras NZ have conceded since 2004 , and fifth highest overall in their Test history (39)
Maybe he's there to teach them how to get away with chucking it.Shocked that this could come from a bowling unit whose coach is noted test match great *checks notes* Kyle Mills.
Not unlike your face.Getting a bit ridiculous here.
He is ‘the golden arm’ after all.Is Phillips in the team as an all-rounder or batsman down at 7 why not just bowl him something needs to change
But then Henry is getting a few to really jag. I don't know what to thinkThis is an absolute road if Hazlewood has survived 60 rocks
It's currently 17th. Lees-Collinge is still third - 151.Are we into checking highest 10th wicket partnerships ever territory yet? Where does the Lees-collinge (?) partnership rank these days?
I just don't get what his motivation is. If he has any sense he'd retire at the end of the next test, having reached 100 matches.NZ cricket deserve this humiliation by making Southee Test captain and hence making him undroppable when he's so obviously no longer up to Test level. It means that not only do NZ basically go into a Test with 10 players with him adding nothing, but to make matters worse of course captain selfish gives himself the new ball & the best conditions & along with his usual selfishly wasting obviously not-out DRS reviews.
Obviously he'll lose the captaincy following this series, but it's obviously too late & was an accident waiting to happen.
2016 so far. This must be Hazels longest innings since i dunno
