Which players do you see in cw downgraded or praised so as to downgrade or big up another player?

To quote an example,

Hb tries to big up Lara by downgrading Sachin/Viv comparatively

Subz tries to big up Harbhajan or Kuldeep to downgrade Ashwin /Jadeja and I do the opposite a bit

Few Aussie posters dismissing Murali's achievements as chucking to clear Warne's closest contender for the atg best spinner.

Any other examples?

Harbi is unfairly maligned but I grant he is below Jadeja/Kumble/Ashwin level.

Kuldeep I just love watching bowl. Come on, the guy is the best spinner to watch since Warne/Murali.

Name the batsmen downgraded to to big up Viv.

And who the hell was highlighting Sehwag.

And with regards to Sutcliffe and Hutton
1. As none of us watched them, the only thing we have to go on is peer and journalistic ratings and writings. And once it was apparent they had an almost equally poor s/r obviously there was a shift of perspective.
2. But secondarily and most importantly, the main reason for my higher rating of Hutton is, was and always have been was the fact that he faced much better bowlers and in much more varied locations and conditions. And the worst part is that you know this, but continue your disingenuous arguments. Well that and overcoming the injury.
