@Teuton just to clarify, if I pick someone with strike rate of 150 and the next highest Sr drafter is 140, I can pick players continuously till the Sr goes below 140 right?

Yes that is right. It is fully variable order from R2.
ie. need to wait for everyone to get on the board in R1 before anyone can make their R2 pick.
