How does he measure up to Kohli based on the results and strategically.
you could say all of the same for Kohli honestlyComes across as a guy who waits for things to happen and if they don't happen, hope they will happen if you know what I mean. Kohli is much better in that regard especially when it comes to not showing negative emotions
Just wondering how we blame the batting for being all over the place? So far, Rohit's team just seems to lack any sense of winning spirit.... Yeah, Virat led the most dominant Indian team, which despite its various flaws, was still very successful. Rohit hasn't captained in that many matches, and for now; the batting is just all over the place.
I mean, there are arguably much better players who are just kept on sideline for various reasons. The truth is simply that, to play Test Shubhman Gill needs to play FC and score runs and come; and Shreyas Iyer is a lost case. Yet management is still pushing them. Cheteshwar Pujara is in a good form in Ranji trophy, Sarfaraz Khan averages 70+ in FC, Rajat Patidar has scored good runs, and still there are Ruturaj Gaekwad, Tillak Verma, Abhimanyu Easwaran, etc., even Ajinkya Rahane was India's highest scorer in WTC Final (his last match); but management are just pushing players proven in ODIs.Just wondering how we blame the batting for being all over the place?
Shubman Gill was good in Ranji Trophy matches before he was picked in the Test teamI mean, there are arguably much better players who are just kept on sideline for various reasons. And he failed in quite a few matches by now. I think it's about time to drop him, and ask him to perform and come again.Shubman Gill was good in Ranji Trophy matches before he was picked in the Test team

Didn't Kohli do that? Or you better body language?Comes across as a guy who waits for things to happen and if they don't happen, hope they will happen if you know what I mean. Kohli is much better in that regard especially when it comes to not showing negative emotions
