Yes, but the Scotland NRR will not be included when it moves into Super 6.

A reminder that you only play 2 games in the Super 6, you don't play the team that finished in the equivalent position from the other group that feeds in. So if you finish 3rd in this group, to be honest, you've got no chance really of making the semis.

For WI to move ahead of Eng, I think they need to chase down whatever Eng make inside 37 overs.
