Yeah Windies have fallen off now, and their pitches have become slower in general but at least till the 90s, we should include them together with SENA IMO.

The traditional rolled clay pitches that the West Indies used to produce were often closer to Asian pitches than the other countries. Part of the reason why fast-medium bowlers like Botham used to struggle there.
