India romped into the final, unbeaten. Bulldozed every opponent that came in their path.

Australia, started from the bottom and slowly made their way securing a spot in the semis. Once there, they blew SA away in the first half and a bit, only to show their deficiencies against the turning ball on a slow-ish pitch...and Coetzee...and massive luck and lots of reprieve. But they are here now, and that's what matters for them.

Clearly the two best teams (on paper) of this World Cup going at it.

Australia's been here so many times that it feels like second nature...India though, will feel like they want to prove a point, that is to continue playing their brand of cricket in this tournament. Ruthless.

I just don't see it, there's a gulf in class/form (plus Aus used up a lot of luck today). The fact Zampa's form has fallen off a cliff is massive too, means they can prepare a rank turner without much fear.

I agree, best bowling attack in the comp. But the Aussie seamers are firing just as Zampa's form falls off. Plus the Aussie middle order looks very suspect against spin.
