The good thing is that there's no run rate pressure at all so they really can just sit on them for the next ten overs or so
... I just did a quick calculation & noted that Australia could play out the next 88 consecutive dot balls until the asking rate hits 6... (or just under 15 overs in laymen's terms)

No reason to go to the air or any horrid swipe... Just pick them off in singles and they'll ease home.
