This was just over a month ago. That might have been worth doing a few years ago when he was at his peak but he isn't the damaging gun batsman he used to be.
He isn't much better than Rashid Khan with the bat these days.

Fair enough. Anyway your on the way to the semis. He is an Aussie comedian that was popular back in the 80s and 90s taking the piss out of the commentators and players.
Some of his stuff probably wouldn't be seen as acceptable these days but he was pretty funny back in his day.
They probably wanted another left-hander in there.Still no Nabi yet though, it's Ikram who made a good fifty against England so this isn't over yet.
Yes, it does. lolLightening doesn't strike every day.
He's probably also a better batsman than Nabi is now. They probably wanted another left-hander in there.
Could've gone either way that one, really wasn't clear. Not the referrals you want.Bump ball
Yeah but what is your point ? That a coach can't advise his players on how to improve due to the player that the coach used to be ?. FWIW, Trott averaged 60 in the last WC in India at a SR of 80 , not the worst for an ODI player 12 years ago , his overall average was 51 at a SR of 77 and he batted 99% of his knocks at no.3 ..Did you ever watch a Trott ODI innings????
Yeah don't share Smith and Atherton's certainty that the right call was made. Looked mighty close but if they decided to give Rahmat the benefit of doubt you wouldn't complain.Could've gone either way that one, really wasn't clear. Not the referrals you want.
