It's Cricinfo, so I've corrected it for you.Hope #1 is some sort of trick answer like "the game that lives insideyour ownKohli's heart".
Very cool. There is a newly renovated 438 Bar, at the back of the Unity stand. Decorated with the wooden seats from the old open stand (it remains an open stand with new seating) and with 438 emblazoned onto the entrance, it is the most popular watering hole at the stadium, and a tribute to the legacy of a match like no other.
Will they now be re-branding as "home of the 2nd greatest ODI ever played"?View attachment 37573
Thanks for the explainer Firdose.
Is the damage to the plank due to the repeated sixes that rained down upon it?

Thanks for the explainer Firdose.
SA's only entry so far is the game where AB got the fastest 100 of all time. Not sure how that made it a great match, great innings sure, but great match, not so much. WI innings was actually quite boring.
But I see Moonda wrote it, she probably helped choose it.
Berserker in pink: when AB went on a rampage
How South Africa's star batter made the fastest ODI hundred of all timewww.thecricketmonthly.com
I think that only made it because Firdose picked it and she is incapable of thinking deeply about anything.
I was at that game, the SA innings was great, three tons, but it was boring after that. Not a great ODI by any stretch of the imagination.
I wish I was a man of enough focus, commitment, and sheer ****ing will to hate anything as much as Marius hates Firdose Moonda's contributions to cricket journalism. It's also probably because they asked Moonda to pick an ODI for SA to put on the list and that was about how far her brain went.
calling them contributions is very generousI wish I was a man of enough focus, commitment, and sheer ****ing will to hate anything as much as Marius hates Firdose Moonda's contributions to cricket journalism.
Don't get me wrong, her articles are cliched crap, but which "analysis" pieces on cricinfo aren't, these days?
Was it a game reduced to 5 overs a side?Speaking of really great high scoring ODIs, just had a dream about an alternate reality World Cup group stage game between England and New Zealand.
England bat and get skittled out for 62 (or 82, couldn't read it well in the dream). In response New Zealand are only able to post 61 (or 81), due to what most certainly must have been an epic England bowling performance.
The media immediately afterwards hail it as the greatest ODI of all time.
ODI can’t be 5 overs a side . Minimum 20 overs .Was it a game reduced to 5 overs a side?
It was a dream thoughODI can’t be 5 overs a side . Minimum 20 overs .
No, it was the greatest 50 overs bowling performances under pressure, of all time. Was it a game reduced to 5 overs a side?
2011 final was quality. Shame the 2019 version missed out, but as many have said, was a slow burner for ages.As expected, the 2011 World Cup final comes in at #1
