The Wheel is Forever
I haven’t watched a limited overs game in years and this is why. No one is doing anything. Neither team is attacking. 0-1 slips, the bowlers bowling boring straight and slow, batsmen just nurdling it for 1 and 2.

Smith is getting frustrated out their. Premeditated a scoop/ramp off siraj and has lost his shape a few times trying to overhit the ball. Good bowling/captaincy to keep these two this quiet, there usually good at moving the scoreboard over with 1s/2s.

Smith is trying to attack. Just not timing anything.

India are fielding really well here. Saved 4/5 runs these past 2 balls and kept the pressure on.

Marnus wouldn't get a game for South Africa right now.

Maybe in test matches but not ODIs.

If only Australia got Conway who is good at both formats.

HUH? Why. The. ****. Is maxwell at 5????? I love how we spent these past 4 years turning maxwell into a #7 and getting good results for it, than when the WC rocks up we send him out at 5. He's just come back from an injury, is gonna be bowling more than ever with no other spinners in the squad, and yet we send him in higher then ever and increase his workload more. It's so stupid.

That is the game - temperament and patience tested. Patience to respect good phases/bowling/conditions so can capitalize later. This is exactly what makes ODIs far superior than T20
