They are the best ODI and T20 side. So even if they are no.2 or no.3 Test team , I would still consider them best all formats Team at this moment.
Are they the best LOI side in the world in either format? They dominated the asia cup but they also dropped a series at home to Aus recently while both sides fielded equivelent sides. India didn't even make the semis in the UAE wc and got smoked in the semis last tourney. They've been a worse tournament team then aus, eng, pak, and nz in that format across different conditions, no way you can claim their the best side, no matter how good they've been in bilaterals

I am talking about England. I don’t consider India as best limited overs side 😂

I mean England couldn't beat the current WTC holders while in home conditions recently, but they won the moral ashes so who cares about actual results......
That’s one way to put it. The other is that the WTC holders couldn’t beat England from a position of 2-0 up and 87-5 in the first innings of the third Test. A comeback for the ages
