Like I know Chris Martin’s batting was a meme, but I can’t believe he was worse than Bruce Reid. Honestly, that over is like watching one of those nature docos where you think the prey might make it but the lion keeps playing with it for ages til it eventually just fades out

That was quite a nice kit - better than some of the other grey ones and a big step up from the beige (although the beige is classic fashion).

Why is no one posting actual links to the articles?

Thoroughly enjoyed reading this, brilliantly written. The article convinced me this was a worthy entry. Brought back memories of this game. It was superb. Ambrose and Bishop were breathing fire and had Australia down to 15-4. Bevan played a great come from behind knock. Richardson's heartbreak staying unbeaten at the non-striker's end, Warne's brilliance and McGrath's mean bowling. This had a lot.

That match was heartbreaking to me because I was a huge Richie Richardson fan growing up.

The 96 final has to be here. That was a phenomenal match and had great context.

That ball by Steve Waugh to The Prince was a bit unplayable.
