I've **** on the idea of jansen as a #7 before, but honestly, he's done a good job so far this series.
always seems to do just about enough to make him seem competent

when the likes of Sri Lanka are batting de Silva and Shanaka at 6 and 7 who average around the same margin Jansen doesn’t seem bad at all

Bang average fielder and playing as a special #7 bat. Don't know what the point of him in this side is, honestly. Maxwell bats 7 but he also gives us a ton of overs and is a fantastic fielder.
They should’ve given David some overs today. Head was the best bowler and he’s only a moderate upgrade over David with the ball.

Looks like Warners boot is keeping SA in the series
Probably not, everybody else fell in a heap and once they brought the spinners on it slowed everything down. Shamsi and Maharaj are a decent enough pair to go to India with, but the seamers just seem to leak runs horribly.

And yes, Tim David is a fraud.

Its look to me in remains of 2 other games in on going series, he will beat s.Anwar''s record by hitting hundred

What a player! Without playing First Class cricket he debut in international t20 vs Proteas >> hitting 89 in 43 ball<<

Really hope Carey gets a score soon. His lack of runs across formats I'd starting to get a bit concerning.
I was going to mention this too. I'm struggling to think of anything he'll be remembered for this year, although Stuart Broad may have an idea.

Seriously though, when did he last make a score of note? His form since a certain event has been woeful, has it preyed on his mind?
