Bopara with the greatest spell of prank mediums seen since Simon O'Donnell and Chris Harris. Goes against everything I believe about LO bowling. Not a single ball over 60 mph.
Why Bopara doesn't have a gate or even a stand named after him somewhere is a mystery to me. Ledge!

While everyone talks about the England squad players and the overseas stars, let's not forget that it is bringing a lot of "second-tier" players into the limelight.

At Old Trafford today. Cracker of a finish to the women’s game. Lots of double watching going on of the Lionesses. Loads of families, women, kids here.

Absolutely pathetic from the superchargers, I’ll be giving them some grief onto their coach (in theory)

was a pleasure to watch Jos though

Some innings from Jos today. Pathetic from the superchargers especially Brook - first time I’ve seen him try and play a Test innings ffs. Had a chat on the train home with a couple who didn’t know much about cricket but had been drawn in by The Hundred. They asked me to explain Test Cricket to them and I did my best.

Pleasure to be there for Jos, less pleasant being on the tram getting abuse from little Manc scrotes. Anyway that’s a story for another day. Been a fantastic day

I really hope England leave Brook out and go with Moeen at 6 to nerf themselves. Would be hilarious.

Mo will be playing no matter what :(
He's at the bottom end of what is acceptable batting output for a #7 (along with being the weakest second spinner in the competition). I see Mo at #6 floating around as a real possibility. That would be downright heinous. Almost sounds like they're trying to make up for having a cheat code at #5.

Should probably bat at 8, and his bowling is completely unacceptable for a no8. He had a decent enough run as a batter in T20s 2021-2022 but in ODIs he should have been finished after the last world cup. It's a joke.

Who you playing instead?

His IPL experience is clearly what they are counting on. Clearly don't trust Ahmed yet, Dawson isn't better than Mo.

Your going to have Livingstone at 6 plus Root, so we've got 4 spinners and then 3 of Curran/Wood/Woakes/Willey/Topley/Atkinson to complete the XI.

Also what's this doing on the Hundred thread, as much as i'd rather talk about anything but the Hundred.
