I mean Ponting got a spray and he wasn't even playing - so I am not sure that they were being racist, although it being almost exclusively bunch of racist Tories it is possible. Just not sure you should be overly intimidated by a bloke who might be seeing his last Test swearing at you.
Yeah ok I was being dramatic. I shouldn't generalise or assume things.

Wow that was a shot and a half.

Marsh already looks so much better than Head. He's the only Aus batter this game other than Smith that actually looks like they might not get out every ball

Woakes bowled a few absolute jaffers in that last over, the one that flicked Smith's back leg was almost unplayable, swung in, nipped away.

It sounded to me like Smith nicked the cover off that one. Maybe the crowd noise drowned it out, stump mike is quite sensitive and we have seen sneaky edges missed before.

Who actually cares how runs are scored though, bazish, or technical or whatever?

Edit: Have it on good authority that Bradman was nothing more than a glorified leg side agricultural player, just happened to have a bit of hand eye coordination to back it.

Mark Taylor using the word 'bazball' is like a crusty BBC announcer using the phrase 'rock and roll' back in 1955, you can actually hear the inverted commas.
