No but he is definitely an ATG and easily the third greatest in my time of watching cricket.

Just saying that there is no way Ashwin will develop a cricket legacy that will be celebrated as an ATG outside of India because of a wide perception that he is deficient in terms of wicket-taking outside weak teams and home conditions.
He will be forgotten sadly once India finds a new lead spinner of choice at home.
Don't pretend that perception doesn't exist, even among the captain and team management. He is in his prime yet can't even play a test in England because they see him as too limited an option. No ATG is ever seen as this disposable.

The whole ATG thing is very subjective so fair enough if he's not considered one.
Comparing him against Cummins is just weird and wrong so this thread makes little sense.
