Maybe Bazball isn't suited to cloudy conditions? If they stick to it and keep losing wickets it could get messy.
I mean yeah if England get rissoled under some storm clouds then the declaration discussion won't really matter. If only we hadn’t declared
This isn't Bazball batting though, this is just high quality bowling and some batsmen who have never really proven they can deal with that.Maybe Bazball isn't suited to cloudy conditions? If they stick to it and keep losing wickets it could get messy.
What I'm saying is that normally you will go out with a defensive mindset when it's damp and you're losing wickets, get used to it/comfortable. And if you keep losing wickets and need to go through a spell of really hunkering down-will this England team even think of doing that? No, they'll keep slogging, believing that is their way out of it. Is it? We'll see! This isn't Bazball batting though, this is just high quality bowling and some batsmen who have never really proven they can deal with that.
This is a hell of a contest here though.
Your wish gas been granted.Hurry up and rain ffs.
Save them? This is exactly how England like it during the last ten winsHaha classic poms waiting for the rain to save them. English summer a ****en joke
No the pitch still ****ing sucks, sorry. The bowlers shouldn't have to rely on the weather forecast to get a millimetre of seam movement - on either side.Remember how we said it was overheads and not pitches in England that counted @Ashes81
Absolute rubbish pitch suddenly it's overcast/humid and it's a different game.
It’s definitely horrendous@CartyDurham.
Where is your constant commentary on slow run rate that we saw on day 2. Eng now scoring at 2.66
