If you mean regularly in the sense that "England regularly contribute to the game" then yep.
Let's not deflect here though. When the alleged was selected the good posters of NZ all made their skepticism known and it was a pretty depressing episode. Someone who hasn't served their alleged penance being rewarded like that was not fun to watch. When England selected noted racist enabler Joe Root, not a peep from the English.
