I wish we could establish some sort of equivalence between T20 and ODI runs and transfer his 100 T20s to his ODI record. Such a shame he's only played 24 ODIs in the last 4 years. In his last 17 innings, he's gone past 50 14 times. We're being robbed.

... Could've been 15 if he wasn't dismissed for 49 in the first game.I saw an incredible stat where in the 19 ODI's he's batted at home he's passed 50 14 times... Sensational stuff.

Fastest man to 5000 runs- 97 innings (Goes Past Amla's 101)

Also the quickest to hit 18 centuries as well... beats Amla once again.

He should easily beat Amla's 6000 'quickest to' record as well... and possibly 7,8 & 9.

Didn’t watch after Latham’s dismissal but this sounds quite typical.

Who are all the Kiwi players missing from this ‘weak’ side? Santner and Boult, Conway. Southee(?) He wasn’t really required at the last ODI world cup. Allen(?) Hasn’t exactly set the world on fire of late. Williamson is almost certainly going to be sidelined with injury.

This misfiring ‘weak’ side is the nucleus of the world cup side. It’s not really a B team.
