yeah sadly there's just that aura to him that he just ain't it at intl level for nz, has had a fair few chances now at t20 and odis for us in the last 5 years...would feel sympathy for him if this was the matt henry 14-19 odi story where he performed almost every game despite being picked so irregularly, while regularly outperforming southee who was horrendous/getting picked each game

chapman simply hasn't taken his chances
