Dead right. A century against a very good Australian attack after WI had lost early wickets. And his scoring rate in that innings was about 20 years ahead of its time.
Yeah this was a great innings probably better than Viv’s 189* as the bowling lineup was very strong with Lillee, Thompson and Gilmour but generally Viv’s 189* is rated higher as he scored 72% of Teams Runs which was insane. Wisdom rated 189* by Viv as the Greatest ODI Innings.
