Ashwin/Jadeja is easily the greatest spin duo in cricket history right? Unreal dominance.
Definitely at home, don't think that's even a contest. I'd need to look more into their away vs. other spin twins historically although given 2 spinners is usually reserved for sub-continent conditions, they probably are.

O'reilly - Grimmett if they were selected together more would be number 1 obviously

Langer is one lucky guy. I don’t have much faith he would’ve done better but with his friends in the media and the boomers, he can at least claim that he would’ve gotten more out of the team.
In the eyes of idiots, absolutely

The fact Langer twice coached Australian teams to home losses against India can be conveniently overlooked though

That will be the perception at least

I know people had a good laugh at border for the "AUS need to be harder" comments in the 1st test, including me, but I genuinely think he's onto something. 9 times out of ten when the pressure is put back on this Aus side we just completely lose the plot.

Also, I know this isn't as big an issue as the collapse today, but smith needs to get the **** out of the slips. Two games in a row he's dropped a catch as slip when we've had India under serious pressure and let them get back into the game.
That was unfair because no one's done better against them in the last 10+ years, the best was of course when Oz got a massive lead back in 2017 due to SoK in the first innings. Take that bowling performance out & Oz would still struggle to win there! Most teams lose in India massively because Jadeja/Ashwin are just so much better than any other nearest bowling pair. In fact no one comes close ?

Weren't you the one claiming he's in form? When I clearly said catching is a massive telltale sign he's well past his (absolute) peak ?
