18 overs and Brathwaite is putting himself on. Frankly he was more threatening than several of the other WI bowlers at Perth, but ugh.

I know I comment every time a chucker comes on but I don't get Kraigg Brathwaite. His arm action is slow and he doesn't bowl with any speed for a spinner, nor does he try to get any revs on the ball. Why does he need to chuck it???

That half tracker from Brathwaite there and the way Khawaja played it was like something out of under 10s.

Division 3.

This is just junk from the WIndies. I know they have a couple of bowlers out but so do we - Neser and Boland I expect to look much better.

Windies sinking back at to their 2015/16 standards here. At least in Perth they made it reasonably difficult to score for most of their 1st innings.

Kraigg the poor captain on song here.
Meanwhile, Alzarri continues to be the "potentially devastating" bowler and the cricketing version of "Waiting for Godot".

I don't think Phillip's actually bowled too badly, but he desperately needs an extra 5 km/h. Holder's been decent but also slow. Everyone else poor.

We knew the Windies were a lot worse with the Kookaburra than they are with the Dukes (the only ball that deserves to exist FWIW) but this series has been sobering. They look so toothless.

Not exactly their regular attack playing in this game tbf. Holder and Roach both do look noticeable dire on bouncy roads with the Kooka generally though.

Worst scenario from a neutral viewing POV when Australia win the toss at home against average opposition and bat on these flat decks void of any grass or early action that somehow their bowlers find something on in the 2nd innings with their extra pace, bounce & accuracy. Windies are gone.
