Hard to think of one obviously better - I'd love to find a place for Hill over Hussey, but it would involve Hill batting well out of his usual position.

I reckon the Bs and Ws would be the closest challengers - maybe S now as well. I don't think any letter has improved its team by as much in the 21st century as the S team - they've added Sehwag, both Smiths, Sangakkara, Stokes, Shakib, Steyn, Southee, Starc, Shoaib and Swann to their available pool. Obviously not all would make the side, but it's a hell of an influx of greats and near-greats.
