Just looking at the fixtures... Not sure I agree. Ended up coming 8th, and their wins came against 10th, 9th and 7th

Like at no point did they look like realistically taking a spot off one of NZ, Aus, England or India

That's ignoring them beating South Africa who were seen as a top four contender and nearly defeating New Zealand too who only won by 2 wickets with three overs to spare. They also had a match washed out vs Sri Lanka that they would have fancied to win. Also had a decent chance vs India in the match
