Has to be a specialist bowler, so no Dwayne Smith, Phil Simmons etc.

Corey Collymore? Ian Bradshaw? Vasbert Drakes? Darren Sammy probably has a strong case if he counts as a bowler

Drakes is harsh because he was properly quick when he was younger.

I immediately thought of Sammy but I'm not sure he ever would've played if he couldn't bat.

Shepherd is a good call but I think he may have been picked partly for batting too?

Was Sammy always a good bat? I remember him as a terrible bowler who suddenly became a successful white ball all rounder

Probably not any moreso than Sammy. Generally came on first change and bowled a lot of overs (58.5 in an innings once).
I think he counts if he would've been selected at any time if he batted like McGrath, but I'm not sure if that's true for either him or Sammy. "Maybe" for both I think.

Kenny Benjamin was considerably slower than his brother Winston Benjamin (no relation). So maybe him though I think Winston was pretty fast so who knows

Collymore was hitting around 74 mph with the new ball at one stage on a tour of England, Pietersen came down the wicket to him a few times in one innings.
