*Official* Zimbabwe in Australia 2022

****ing Warner.

I mean it probably wouldn’t have made any difference to the result but come on why can’t Zim just get a break for once.

it was pretty obvious on the replay, a clear deviation, there just wasn’t a hotspot.
There was hardly any noise on snicko either. It's a weird one, definitely not a howler though. Worse decisions than that happen most games

Yeah Zim would need Muzarabani back for next game. And hope that Toss is in their favor to stretch Australia.
Getting them 4 down at least will give them some confidence

I couldn't see a deviation tbh. If you mean there was movement on snicko there was but it was not even close to what an edge always looks like.

Can't say the 3rd umpire did anything wrong. Neither the standing umpire. Only guy that I would say was potentially out of line was Warner and he definitely hasn't done his image any good.

However if he hadn't walked half way off the ground no one would be complaining

Whatever it takes!!!
Stoinis has to be the first one out of this team for sure. Green is a better batter and bowler than him
I mean I am sure Green is potentially better but I think as of now Stoinis IS the better LO batsman of the two. Really depends on the role you want them to play. But I do agree that it is probably more between Stoinis and MMarsh than it is between Green and one of these two. Green is much more of a 3rd seamer than either of them for sure, as of now.

Stoinis has done more in ODIs, but that's just because Green literally hasn't had a chance. Green should make the team as a batsman alone.

I do get why people from outside Australia seem to rate Stoinis, he has those sort of days where he just looks like he is batting on a different pitch to anyone else. Said days come around too rarely however for him to be a reliable ODI option imo, especially considering he is clearly a weaker bowler than either Marsh or especially Green

Still think green should be batting 4 in this lineup. We boot marnus out and greens made runs for WA and AUS-A there yet we just play stoinos+marsh. Can we please get out of this "Stoinos is a good ODI player" myth.

Nice to see green bag 5 and for warned to get some runs. If finch can't get a score this series he needs to go.

I know this kind of series is like peak JAMODI but I really don't understand why we don't play more winter home series like these. Get around to different parts of the country, and because it's at home you're more likely to see proper teams being fielded by Aus. Also a nice change of pace when it's wedged in just before footy finals.

I much prefer these to the ODI series that tend to bookend the proper summer at either end, those feel totally superfluous.
